Once in Outlook Express, click on the 'Tools' menu.
Click on the 'Mail' tab.
Click on 'Add' and 'Mail...'.
Enter your name.
Enter your email address (johndoe@quik.com).
The incoming mail server is a pop3. It's name is pop.quik.com and the outgoing mail server's name is mail.quik.com.
Enter your username and password.
Name the account 'Quik Mail'.
